Superseal and Elastoseal EPDM rubber roofing
For over fifty years Haire Bros has specialised in the supply and installation of butyl and EPDM rubber roofing systems on commercial, industrial and domestic flat and low-pitched roofs.
Superseal: heat-welded EPDM
Superseal is a tough, fleece-backed EPDM membrane jointed on site using Thermobond heat splicing, a patented technique developed by Trelleborg Building Systems in Sweden. Seams are hot-air welded rather than glued, so the system can be fitted even in damp conditions and does not rely on adhesive.

Elastoseal, Prelasti and RubberShell
Alongside Superseal, we supply and install Elastoseal and butyl rubber roofing for a wide range of flat and low-pitched roofs, plus two further options for smaller projects:
- Prelasti EPDM DIY flat roof kits, BBA certified with a 40+ year life expectancy and no plasticiser or additive migration over time
- RubberShell, a self-adhesive rubber membrane for quick, economical installation
Both maintain their impermeability, strength and elasticity over decades, and are lightweight and environmentally friendly compared with traditional felt or asphalt roofing.
